Joseph Stella has over 40 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry, from field operations to executive leadership, including strategic planning, operations, contract administration, scheduling and claims management. Joseph also has more than a decade of experience serving as the president of a commercial construction management firm.
He entered consulting to leverage his expertise for clients. Joseph has a technical understanding of how projects are constructed and extensive hands-on field and corporate experiences. His background enables him to deliver customized solutions in fields like claims preparation and management, schedule, scope and cost analysis, and planning and risk assessment across the U.S. and overseas.
