Maria Mowers is a Senior Manager of Imperium Consulting Group, based in Maryland. Maria's expertise is focused on preparation, review, analysis and resolution of delay and disruption claims. Her services include forensic scheduling, active scheduling, productivity analysis, document review, claims preparation and overall litigation support. Maria's portfolio of projects includes large sports stadiums, bridges, highways, tunnels and rails, hospitals, apartment buildings and process plants. She works with both owners and contractors in the public and private sectors.
Maria's prior design experience as a process-mechanical consultant design engineer strongly supports her knowledge of the construction industry. In addition to managing design services, she oversaw project RFIs and shop drawings, as well as reviewed construction progress reports.
